Rental caravans are equipped with hobs, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils. There is no running water in the caravans.
When you arrive, you will receive badges to access the campsite and the sanitary facilities.
The rental caravans are not equipped with bed linen (blankets, quilts, sleeping bags and pillows). If you would like bed linen, you can book this from us at the time of booking for €10.00 per person.
This must be noted at the time of booking. The bed linen must be paid for on arrival.
The caravans are heated with gas. From the beginning of October to the end of April we charge €10 per day for a short stay (1-2 nights). For longer stays of 3 nights or more, a gas cylinder will be provided at the current price. The gas cylinder must be paid for on arrival.
- Caravans and awnings are non-smoking areas.
- Pets are not allowed in our caravans.
When you leave, the facilities must be clean and undamaged.
Conditions for the refund of the deposit:
– the toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned,
– dishes must be washed and put away,
– rubbish bins must be emptied,
– the caravan and awning must be cleaned,
– the fridge needs emptying and cleaning.
To confirm your booking, please reply to the e-mail and make a transfer of €110.00 (€10.00 administration fee and €100.00 rental deposit) to our bank account shown at the bottom of the page. As soon as we receive the amount of 110.00 € in our account, the booking will be definitive. In the event of cancellation, one night will be charged and deducted from the deposit!
Camping Caravanning Club Esch Asbl declines all responsibility in the event of accidents caused by improper handling by the tenants.
